Initially, Land Hub India Pvt. Ltd. started its journey as a land outsourcing company. It used to buy lands, develop them and then give them to other marketing companies for promotion and sales. After testing the waters in this model for a few years, it launched its own marketing wing.
The aim behind this transition is to offer superior and cost-effective lands to its customers. This shift is also helping Land Hub India to interact with its customers directly, eliminating the involvement of any middlemen. It’s a win-win situation both for the brand and its increasing number of loyal patrons. Today, it has a satisfied client base as vast as over 900 customers and still counting.
The list of previous projects by Land Hub India Pvt. Ltd. in Visakhapatnam is impressive. It has its presence in Tagarapuvalasa (Gudiwoda), Bhogapuram (Singavaram, Nathavalasa), Pydi Bhimavaram, Ranastalam, Srikakulam (Yecharla, Ponnada) and Parvada. The genesis of Land Hub India traces its roots in the early ’90s. In 1995, Kovvuri Narsi Reddy had started his career in real estate from Rajahmundry. Later, he tried his luck and ventured into other places, including Kakinada, Atchutapuram, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam. In this course, he gained robust 26 years of expertise in the field of real estate.
It was only natural for his son, K. Sandeep Kumar Reddy, to get inspired by his father. The foundation was laid. With the help and support from the veteran player, the chip of the old block, Sandeep, floated his own firm called Land Hub India Pvt. Ltd in 2014. Today, as the CMD of the company, he is a name to reckon.
Presently, Land Hub India Pvt. Ltd has only one branch, and it is located in Seethammadhara. It has plans to mark its presence across the state as a part of its future expansion.
